You can book online via our website, through our mobile booking form, or by calling/texting us directly.

Advance booking is recommended, especially during peak travel hours.

No worries! We monitor flight arrivals in real time. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the pickup time accordingly at no extra charge.

Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup point for your terminal. We’ll send a confirmation message with exact pickup instructions after booking.

Some of Your Questions


How will I find my driver when I arrive at the airport?

After collecting your luggage, enter into the main arrivals area hall. Your rep/driver will be nearby waiting for you holding a card with your name on it. In the unlikely event of your flight arrived earlier than expected please contact us.

How much luggage can I take?

Remember all transfers are private and are just for you and your party. If there are two people travelling then we should have no problem accommodating your luggage. If there are six people then the SUV car will be at full capacity and you will be a little bit more limited.

What is your cancellation policy?

If your pick-up time is before 8am, call before 5pm the night before. If your pick up time is after 8am, you can call up to 2 hours prior to your pick up time. We charge full fare for late cancels; and for no shows.

Can you offer even lower fares to large groups?

Yes. Check with your meeting planner/event planner to see if an account has been set-up. If you are the planner, contact our administrators and using our automated phone system go to Sales Department/Group Sales.

Private Hire & Day Hire


Can I hire a vehicle with a driver for the whole day?

Yes! We offer flexible full-day and half-day hire for personal use, picnics, weddings, or business trips. Rates depend on location, duration, and vehicle type.

Do you offer private transfers outside Sydney?

Absolutely. We cover major NSW areas including Wollongong, Blue Mountains, Central Coast, and Canberra. Long-distance pricing applies.

Event & Group Transfers


Can Lala Drive handle group bookings for events or corporate outings?

Yes, we specialize in group transfers for weddings, parties, corporate events, sports teams, and more. Let us know your group size and event details.

What kind of vehicles do you offer for group transport?

We have 7-seater clean and comfortable vehicles available. All driven by professional, fully licensed drivers.

Payments & Cancellations


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Payment can be made in advance or after the trip, depending on your booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 12+ hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Short-notice cancellations (within 12 hours) may incur a fee.

Are your drivers licensed and insured?

Yes, all our drivers are fully licensed, background-checked, and insured in accordance with NSW regulations.

Are baby seats or booster seats available?

Yes, we can provide child seats upon request. Please mention it when booking so we can ensure it's ready.
